Chef assistants and kitchen assistants
KHRS deliver experienced, stable and dutiful chef and kitchen assistants to hotels and catering businesses. They have, as a minimum, experience within the area and we can also offer educated chef and kitchen assistants among our staff with foreign educations.
The employees will, as a minimum, speak Danish or English. You can have a kitchen assistant or kitchen team assigned to the hotel or your company’s kitchen.
KHRS can deliver extra kitchen personnel in connection with bigger events, venues, and conferences, and during busy periods and high season.
Our chef and kitchen assistants can execute many different tasks depending on the instructions and needs. Work is done in collaboration with the kitchen chef and skilled chefs.
Work tasks may e.g. include:
- Peel, cut and chop vegetables and fruits
- Preparation of warm, cold, and hot dishes
- Collation of sandwiches (Danish sandwiches/Smørrebrød)
- Collation of serving platters of cold cuts
- Preparation and collation of breakfast serving
